The photographer shot already the launch of the MW S1000RR in 2009/2010 and lately a campaign style for the BMW Scoote, BMW C600 Sport.
His distinctive style for the “Re:Boot” series is a clever mix from light and shadow fading’s. I do like the tonality of the images. He found a smart way to unveil the 190hp of the machine in his images without going into a aggressive tonality. With the Brazilian models he almost describes the character of the 190hp machines, unveils the beauty.
Lolas grandma Ines had her birthday last Tuesday. Because of the nice weather we decided to do a day trip to Rüdesheim and spend the day around the beautiful countryside. Later on we met some more friends at a town nearby and had a traditional german dinner.
It was a very nice day and felt like a little one day holiday.
Best Prime Time spot for the opening race of the 2012 MotoGP championship in Dohar/Qatar.
As no surprise, Casey Stoner set the pace and is leading the show after a not so perfect start.
A different but also quite impressive show is coming from the young German rider Stefan Bradl who fights in the midfield on position 6 against Nicky Hayden, try to keep him off his back.
The season starts how the previous one ended. Battle between the Asian factory teams.
So, first 2012 GP goes to Yamaha, Pedrosa & Stoner (Honda) after.
But big respect to Stefan Bradl who showed an amazing performance in his first MotoGP race, ended on 8 position and showed that this will become an interested season 2012.
It’s “Happy Easter Time” and while people finding colorful eggs and sweets around the room I find some funny eye candy in some old data universe while still cleaning up my old hard drives.
I found this rare master piece of my hidden gymnastic talent today. It’s filmed at one of my last championships of my career as an gymnast. It was the first championship I attend after a full stop for 2 years. A training camp brought me back in shape until I broke my face 3 weeks later during the qualifying for the German masters. Since then I like watching 🙂
The Ducati Team still seems to struggle with the new bike after the second and third free practice sessions at Qatar’s Losail International Circuit. Through strong wind the track conditions changed a lot as the wind cleaned the dust off the track and teams had to adapt their set-up’s accordingly.
With a seventh and eight position they do know that a lot of work still needs to get done but keeping in mind the limited testings for the new bike the hope is out for a competitive season.
