Each year, Nixon organise one of the wildest and remote surf contests on the planet.
Ten of the best European surfers are invited to an unknown surf destination, to battle against their own fears & human limits without the pressures of the public or the press.
An unexpected quest, one where the only enemy is yourself and your best ally is nature, in its rawest, purest form.
In June 2014, the wild terrain of Kamchatka, Russia, was chosen to host this uncommon event.
The Nixon Surf Challenge.

Paddle Boarding with Whales

Aerial photographer Jaimen Hudson heard there were whales playing not far off-shore in Exmouth, Australia, over the weekend, so he did what any sane human would do: He flew his drone out over the water while his friend Dave Price casually paddle-boarded out to sea. The resulting footage is incredible.

Nice riding by Danish rider Nikolaj Holmlund at Tabuba, Brasil. Much respect also for the production and post which was done by Simon Wittrup. Great selection of images and effects.

Another great surf clip by Mickey Smith. The British surf photographer and filmmaker surprised with his first film “The dark side of the lens”. His heavy and moody pictures compared with the same kind of sound makes his signature.

Cash For Tricks

Moodfilm I filmed and edited about “Cash For Tricks” contest at the Wakeport “Check-In Event”. From Pro to local riders, the “Cash For Tricks” event it’s a great contest for all level riders. Thumbs up for Wakeport as an amazing host location not only for serious wake-boarding but also as an hot spot for beach party.
