Kitesurfing and Russia are two things which not really match up in first place. Never heard about SERFOMAY! A traditional 3-4 days kitefest run by local kite school and motel at the South of Russia ((Azov sea, Doljanskaya spit). The spot is a small wind and kitesurf freestyle paradise with glossy water but no wind guarantee season, but on other hand there is no traffic.
